Launch Task Manager and end the following three processes- LGHUB, LGHUB Agent, and LGHUB Updater. To resolve it, you will have to take the nuclear route of uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. If the app’s settings, configuration, or data gets corrupted, then it is bound to be bugged with a few issues. Check if it fixes the issue of Logitech G HUB stuck on the loading screen. Then open the following three files: Lghub_updater.exe, Lghub_agent.exe, and Lghub.exe. Now open File Explorer via Windows+E shortcut and head over to the below location C:\Program Files\LGHUB. Likewise, do the same for LGHUB Agent and LGHUB Updater processes as well. Then select LGHUB and hit the End Task button situated at the bottom right. Bring up the Task Manager via Ctrl+Shift+Esc shortcut key combinations. It basically had me do this: You can add the Media Feature Pack by going to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps and features > Optional features > Add a feature, and then locate Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features. I then looked into how to install this and was brought to this website: I looked into this and found a reddit post reply that said to install Windows Media Feature Pack. and in the middle of that is when I received a new error from one of the files: "the code execution cannot proceed because MFPlat.DLL was not found". I tried one solution which had me go into the 'C:\Program Files\LGHUB' folder and click on specific application files in a specific order (1. I tried uninstalling multiple times with Revo Uninstaller and clearing the registry and everything you see online that people suggest. 
I tried waiting for an hour at that window (walked away) to see if it would ever fully install and it never did.
It would get stuck on "INSTALLING" when the black G HUB animated logo window would pop up on top of the original installation window. So I spent an endless amount of hours trying to get my G HUB to install.
